FAQ

Shipping 
We only ship within Canada from a our centralized warehouse location in Markham, Ontario. We use Canada Post expedited parcel with tracking and items should normally arrive within 3-5 days of order placement (with holiday exceptions). We offer $5 flat rate shipping with free shipping for any orders over $50. 

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will only accept returns and/or exchanges on products which are in its original packaging - unopened. Please contact us for return inquiries within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that shipping cannot be refunded and the customer bear the cost of the shipping back to YYZ Distribution. 

Product Warranty
Should the item be faulty due to a manufacturer defect, we will be happy in assisting you with a replacement. Warranties do not cover usual wear and tear, and accidental drops etc. Please note that warranty matter must be dealt with the manufacturer themselves, upon which we are notified to issue a replacement.
